2022 Corey Jensen Gala Day

• Venue - Denison Park, Queens Road, Bowen

• Nominations Close - 3 August 2022

• Number of Teams - 20-24

• NRL ID Numbers - Clubs will need to provide NRL ID numbers for all players and team staff. This is to ensure all players are registered and team staff are accredited.

• Number of Players - Maximum of 10 players per team.

• Age - Only registered junior rugby league players under 7 born in 2014 or 2015 are eligible to compete. NRL ID numbers must be listed. Player changes can be made right up until carnival starts, name and NRL ID must be provided.

• Pools - 4 pools, teams will play on the same field the entire day.

• Draw - The completed draw will be emailed closer to the carnival date.

• Timekeeping - Central Timekeeping will be conducted from the main office.

• Game Times - Game times will be 2 x 12-minute halves (3 minutes half time).

• Fields - The main field will be split into 4 mod size fields.

• Shade Shelters - Each team is responsible for their team's shade on the day. Gazebos can be set up Friday 30 September from 2 pm. All teams are expected to clean up around their team area at the conclusion of the day.

• Canteen - A Full canteen will operate throughout the carnival.

• Ice - Ice is available at the grounds throughout the day. Each team will be provided with 1 bag of Ice any additional Ice will be $5 a bag.

• Code of Conduct - Bowen Seagulls Junior Rugby League Supports the NRL Code of Conduct during the carnival, we ask all teams to follow the code in play.

• No Smoking is permitted within the grounds.

• No Dogs are permitted within the grounds.

Spots are limited, once we reach our capacity nominations will be closed and a waitlist will be opened.
